A Simple, Easy, and Delicious Breakfast
I’ve been eating fried eggs for breakfast so often lately that I’m getting sick of them, so I decided to add some stuff.

Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh/breast (optional)
- Green bell pepper
- Tomato
- Carrot (optional)
- Bacon (optional)
- Egg
- Sliced cheese/cream
- Black pepper
- Soy sauce
- Shiitake/king oyster mushroom
- Lettuce (optional)
Making it is dead simple. First get your chicken thigh — you can buy fresh thighs and debone them yourself, then dice.

Then prep the shiitake, green pepper, tomato, carrot, king oyster mushroom, and bacon — dice them all up. Lettuce works too.

Get a small cast iron skillet, add a tiny bit of oil, and fry the chicken thigh on low heat first — getting some fat rendered out is ideal.
Then dump in all the other diced stuff, give it a quick stir, switch to the lowest heat, and leave it alone after that. Pour in a little soy sauce, sprinkle black pepper on top, then add the cheese/cream. After letting it simmer for a bit, crack an egg on top, put the lid on, and steam it. About 5 minutes later you can pull the cast iron skillet out and eat straight from it like a plate.

As for how to eat it — obviously you scoop it out with a spoon and eat it with bread. Tastes great and it’s really nutritious.

As for what this thing is called, honestly I have no idea. I picked it up from some chef on YouTube and followed along. But after testing it myself, I found the ingredients don’t have to be that rigid at all — though if you want to make sure it tastes good, a few essential ones are still required.
Those are green pepper, mushrooms, egg, tomato, cheese/cream, pepper, soy sauce. With these you’re guaranteed a decent flavor; beyond that, add whatever you want.
