Xiaomi Portable Air Compressor

I bought a bunch of Xiaomi stuff a while back. Let me start with this air compressor.

So what is this thing? At first glance it looks a lot like a power bank, but it’s actually a “power bank” paired with a “small air pump.” What’s it for? Pumping air, basically.

• It even comes with all sorts of adapters for inflating bicycle tires, and it shows tire pressure (it reads 0 in the photo because I didn’t have it plugged in properly)
• Besides bikes, it also handles basketballs, soccer balls, and even car tires — though a car tire takes about 15 minutes of waiting per tire
• For charging, it’s still using a MicroUSB port, of all things
• It powers on fast — unplug the charging port and it turns on automatically
• It ships with a carrying pouch, and the pouch has spots for storing the various nozzles and adapters. Very portable

In the end I think this thing is genuinely great. The price seems fair too, and it’s worth keeping one in the car — though it’s most practical for bicycles.
