I can’t take it anymore. I have to vent. There are way too many things to complain about… The backstory between the protagonist and his neighbors is a complete mess…

The setup is that the protagonist’s neighbors are two sisters, and the sisters have different hair colors. The younger sister’s hair is purple, close to her father’s dark brown, and the older sister’s hair is blonde, the same as the protagonist’s mother.

Even funnier is that the sisters’ mother and the protagonist’s father had a thing going on, but in the end the two didn’t get together. The protagonist’s father was snatched up by his current wife, and the neighbor — who’s now the sisters’ father — got promoted from backup, and the sisters were born after that.

Even dumber is that this backup neighbor talks to the protagonist all the time and is deeply attached to him, begging the protagonist to marry both of his daughters… Of course, the daughters’ affection for this idiot protagonist has always been MAX.

Then comes the even more interesting part: the backup neighbor’s wife dies in an accident, and the backup frequently chats with the protagonist in sorrow, saying “Ah, your dad and my wife got along so well, they were so lovey-dovey, but in the end they just didn’t end up together…” He brings it up almost every single time they talk. What the hell — if those two had ended up together, would you even have gotten to be the backup? How much do you love being NTR’d? Even when he’s trying to persuade the protagonist to date his daughters, he says, “My, the way my daughter looks at you is definitely the look of love. I know it. Back in the day, my wife looked at your dad the same way.”

Even if your love is noble as hell, you can’t just say that! Are you a severe NTR patient or what?

I didn’t get to see the sisters’ mother’s hair color in the game. If it’s purple, that opens up one hell of a can of worms…

The older sister’s hair color matches the protagonist’s mother, and the younger sister’s hair color matches her current parents. So who’s the one who got cuckolded into fatherhood?

With this many bugs, what the hell was the scenario writer doing? Not to mention the younger sister says in one route that she doesn’t care at all about the protagonist dating, but then in the older sister’s route she suddenly starts getting inexplicably jealous. That kind of contradiction…
