Probably the Best Non-Mechanical Bluetooth Keyboard
I’m talking about the Logitech K810. There’s also an Apple version of the same product called the K811.
First off, it’s discontinued. You’ll have to dig through eBay for leftover stock.
Second, this thing is so damn good.

The feel is great. It’s not scissor-switch, but even so, the K810 gives you plenty of key travel and plenty of springback — typing on it doesn’t feel bad, honestly it’s a pleasure.
The three Bluetooth switching buttons in the top left let you jump between devices with one press, whenever you want. For a guy with three laptops on his desk like me, that’s incredibly useful.

It’s light — basically a slab, standard 12-inch length, as wide as a Surface Pro 3, and the key layout has no weird quirks.
The function keys work great on both Linux and Windows, and Windows even supports FN lock.
No batteries needed — just plug it in to charge. (Not sure that counts as a plus, but it’s the reason the keyboard can be this thin and light.)
In the end, anything I say about this keyboard is just hot air. I don’t know if it’s the best non-mechanical Bluetooth keyboard, but it’s the one I’ve been happiest with so far.
