I Bought the iQunix Tablet Stand and It's Actually Pretty Cool

iQunix makes a tablet stand, and unlike every other tablet stand, it has no slots…

Just a bare flat panel.

So how exactly is this supposed to hold a tablet up?

The official line is some kind of adhesive coating… meaning the surface is packed with tiny suction cups, and your tablet sticks to it the moment you set it down.

I tried it with the Pixel C…

And it actually stuck…

But is it secure…

It’s actually pretty damn secure…

Looks like I can prop it up to watch stuff while cooking from now on, and the keyboard plus the tablet itself can both sit on it with no problem.

The only thing to watch out for is dust, probably. Once those suction cups get dusty, it’s over.
