Installing an Intel 8265AC Wireless Card in a ThinkPad X250

Same situation as when I swapped in the Intel 8260AC: no whitelist required, it’s supported out of the box.

One thing needs to be said clearly.

If you’re on Ubuntu 16.04, remember to upgrade to the Linux 4.8 kernel.

The wireless doesn’t work on the old kernel.
