Beginner's Veggie Salad

I’ve made salad before, but only recently have I started getting slightly better at it…
Usually the ingredients are these:

- A head of romaine. (Not regular lettuce — the little ball kind.)
- Lean beef
- Cherry tomatoes (I just like them, so sue me)
- Cucumber
- Boiled egg
- Avocado
- Black pepper
- For slicing the boiled egg, there’s a tool for it — you can find one on eBay — makes slicing really easy
- Go easy on the avocado
- Just cut the cherry tomatoes into a few pieces, don’t cut them up too much
- Slice the lean beef thin
- Black pepper goes on last, mainly over the beef
The most important thing is the dressing. Most dressings are pretty high-calorie, but they taste good… the low-calorie ones all taste bad, so it’s your call. Since there’s avocado in there, you can go a little lighter on the dressing.

Then you mix it. Once it’s mixed, if you want to look fancy you can put it on a pure white plate — it’ll make you look classy, but it does absolutely nothing.
Anyway, salad is just about the ingredients. There’s not much difficulty to making it.
