8BitDo FC30PRO Wireless Bluetooth Controller

You can’t play games without a controller.

So I bought this…

You know the GPD Win came with built-in controls, and the GPD Pocket doesn’t, so buying a controller was the obvious move, right?

The 8BitDo FC30PRO was a pleasant surprise right out of the box. The build quality is genuinely nice, and the design is a tribute to Nintendo’s FC controller — apparently there are more nostalgia colorways too. According to Nero-dono, it’s officially licensed by Nintendo. The controller itself is tiny and easy to carry, pairing is simple, and it supports several modes. Even without Bluetooth you can just plug in USB and use it as a regular controller.

And the whole thing costs under 200 yuan. Word is it even supports the Nintendo Switch. Holy shit, that’s goated.

So I immediately fired up Little Fighter, got my ass kicked, and now I can’t pull off a single special move… I’ve regressed.
