Cooking: Baked Shrimp
While everyone else was eating chicken, I went with shrimp.
This isn’t my first time baking shrimp in the oven, but this time I went with something more direct: fresh shrimp, marinated straight up, then straight into the oven, with a sauce on the side. Tastes pretty fresh.

The best part is not having to stupidly smear garlic on each one like last time. Not only did that not go well, they all ended up turning 原谅绿.
The method is pretty simple too. Marinate the shrimp directly in Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, black pepper, and salt.
Then grease a sheet of foil with a layer of oil, put the shrimp on it, and bake at 210°C (410°F) for 15 minutes.

While it’s baking, you can crush some garlic, add vinegar and sesame oil to make a dipping sauce, and then it’s ready to eat.
Pretty good.
