Switch: The Liangzhi Silicone Case

Someone gave me this silicone case. I wouldn’t have bought one myself — for the Switch I figure a pouch is plenty.

Well, they gave it to me, so I tried it out…

The case comes in separate pieces, one shell for each of the three parts. Doesn’t seem to get in the way of detaching the Joy-Cons, and the colors line up fine…

One upside is that the grips on the back get a little thicker, which feels nice. But the downsides pile up quick: it slips off, it looks ugly, it’s flimsy…

Personally I don’t get why anyone would dress their Switch up like this. My little pouch has worked fine so far. Maybe people just want to baby it.

Screen protector + pouch is enough, I say.

One last thing: I always wondered why “Liangzhi” is such a popular brand when the name sounds so bad… then I looked at their trademark and laughed.
