My First Weibo Giveaway Win

When I bought the Boox Note, I saw Onyx was running a giveaway on Weibo, so I posted my unboxing photos to enter…

And I won!

First time winning anything, and just as I was expecting some mysterious grand prize, the package arrived…

Yes, you read that right. That’s the prize…

Well, better than nothing, right?

Speaking of the Boox Note, I’d been wanting to put a screen protector on it but didn’t know which one to get. I bought one on Taobao once, and the quality turned out to be garbage.

Eventually I found a few sellers who sold the Boox Note and also guaranteed they’d apply the protector for you. I asked if they’d sell the protector by itself, got a yes, and bought it.

Applied it as soon as it arrived—matte finish, absolutely perfect. Now I can write on it without worrying.
