I’ve got two phones. One runs on an ICBC Dream E card, the other on a China Telecom ifree plan — 3 yuan a month plus a 10 yuan data package. And that China Telecom card? Never touching it again. No other reason: the signal is garbage. No signal in the elevator, fine. But I lose it in the underground garage all the time, and after I walk out of the garage it takes forever to come back.
